There comes a time during many photography lovers’ life when they grow distant from their camera; they would be itching to grab their DSLR and start shooting yet something prevents them from doing so. It feels like you’re in a battlefield, where you feel like external forces are fighting against your inner self, where you may even start questioning your motives.
This happens for many varied reasons, mine for instance was due to temporary lack of inspiration, some get tired of doing more of the same, some go through it while they’re trying to transition from hobbyists to pros, while others just get busy with their own personal lives.
Regardless of the reasons, it’s important to realize that you have to fight this by surrounding yourself with other photography lovers, by regaining your passion or perhaps by trying something new. No matter what it is that separated you from your camera, eventually you’ll find your way back.
